To support our lighting systems, we offer a lighting system service plan, ensuring you won't need to lift a finger to adjust a fixture or change a bulb! Our service plan typically includes one Spring and one Fall maintenance visit with the following planned lighting system services:
- System inspection and testing
- Timer and control system inspection and testing - including adjusting timer
- Transformer connection inspection
- Wiring inspection, including re-burying exposed wires
- Fixture inspection and lens cleaning, including straightening and re-securing fixtures and/or repositioning fixtures to accommodate plant growth
- Bulb inspection and replacement
Our ongoing service plan will maintain (or restore) the lighting effect to match the original lighting design, keeping your lighting system running at peak performance. And, clients enjoy our lighting system service plan at no charge during the first season of your lighting system installation.
