- Conceptual hardscape design is created
- Conceptual hardscape design review meeting is scheduled to discuss preliminary concept plans
- Hardscape design plan is adjusted based on project scope, feedback, timing, and budget determined at meeting
- Material and sample selections are finalized
- Hardscape design plan is finalized, approved, and deposit is received
- Permits are obtained, as needed (Dragonfly Landscape can handle the entire permit process too)
- Project implementation is scheduled and started
